‘I Have to Fly’ to compete at IAWRT Asian Women's Filmfest

Iranian documentary ‘I Have to Fly’ has been selected to compete at the 16th edition of the Indian IAWRT Asian Women's Film Festival.

Directed by Ghazaleh Razavi, the 25-minute documentary narrates the story of an 80-year-old man who decides to marry a young girl.

The documentary has previously competed at the London Lift-Off Film Festival in the UK as well as the Florence Film Awards in Italy.

IAWRT aims to showcase the works of women directors from Asia. The previous edition of the fest received 700 films.

The fest is held every year in the Indian city of New Delhi.

The 2020 IAWRT is slated for March 4-7, 2020.
